Newton Leys covers over 100 hectares.  800 homes have been built to date with circa 2,250 new homes envisaged by 2022.

HDD have worked in partnership with Taylor Wimpey and relocated the Local Centre to provide a more sustainable and valuable   development.  The Local Centre will include the following facilities and will complete in June 2017:-
