BURGHFIELD COMMON – PLANNING HIGH COURT CHALLENGE
After many years of hard work HDD have secured a ground breaking result in the High Court of Justice Queens Bench Division Planning Court where following a hearing on 3rd February 2016 the challenge by West Berkshire Council was quashed. HDD are now looking forward to progressing the next stage of development.

RADCLIFFE, BURY
HDD have recently been selected by the Local Authority to deliver a food retail led scheme including a discount food store and upgrading of public realm to help regenerate the Town Centre.

NEWCASTLE UNDER LYME – REGENERATION
HDD have been selected as the preferred developer by Newcastle under Lyme Borough Council and Staffordshire County Council to regenerate the Ryecroft area of the Town Centre. The HDD proposals include circa 60,000 sq ft of retail and leisure, a 475 bed student scheme and a new public square.
