Stockmoor Village, Bridgwater back to case studies

HDD acquired this 7.5 acre site in Bridgwater, Somerset, in 2007. The new mixed-use development includes a range of independent shops side-by-side with national retailers and local services, and meets the needs of the new 1,500 home Stockmoor Village, developed by Persimmon Homes. Planning consent has also been granted for 25 town houses, of which 11 have been built, and for a 70-bed care home. • 16 one and two-bed apartments are located above the retail units. Planning permission has been secured for 25 town houses, 11 of which have been completed to date.
