HDD acquired this 7.5 acre site in Bridgwater, Somerset, in 2007. The new mixed-use development includes a range of independent shops side-by-side with national retailers and local services, and meets the needs of the new 1,500 home Stockmoor Village, developed by Persimmon Homes. Planning consent has also been granted for 25 town houses, of which 11 have been built, and for a 70-bed care home. Alongside a new primary school, the HDD development forms the heart of this community.
