Henry Davidson Developments (HDD) acquired the freehold interest in the first phase of the recently completed commercial and residential block which forms part of a development of 1,500 homes by Keepmoat.
The c.10,000 sqft first phase comprises a 5,270 sqft convenience store let to the Co-op Group, and five further retail units ranging in size from 950 sqft to 1,147 sqft, with residential apartments above.
A second phase of commercial units sits immedidatley adjacent to the above, comprising a further 6,300 sqft and this is to follow.
