Buckshaw Village, Chorley back to case studies

The first phase of Buckshaw Village was completed in October 2011 and consists of a 35,000 sq. ft. Tesco store and petrol filling station. A further 9,500 sq. ft. of retail space was completed in July 2013 with an estate agent, barber shop, fish and chip shop, Subway, coffee shop and Italian and Indian restaurants. The development also includes 30 residential apartments.

 

  • In total, Buckshaw Village offers 53,500 sq. ft. of retail space, with occupiers including Tesco, Subway, a barbers, an estate agent, a charity shop, a fish and chip shop, a coffee shop and Italian and Indian restaurants.
  • 30 residential apartments have been constructed.
