SPAR store sits at the centre of the development, supported by another 3,000 sq. ft. of retail space occupied by an Indian restaurant, pharmacy and a specialist mobility store.
The development also includes a 12,000 sq.ft. community centre, with an indoor sports hall, gym and an outside multi-utility games area and a 3,600 sq.ft. doctor’s surgery.
