Simon Horan MRICS
Simon joined HDD at the beginning of 2018 bringing his vast knowledge and experience to a huge number of exciting opportunities HDD wish to pursue. Utilizing his contacts at regional and national housebuilders to ensure HDD is at the forefront of their thinking for the development of neighbourhood centres and other mixed use opportunities.
Development and investment specialist Simon joined HDD from Savills in Birmingham where he led the residential development and investment team. Recent projects he has been involved in include the marketing and disposal of the University of Northampton campuses and the sale of Yew Tree Village, Droitwich.
In his spare time Simon enjoys sports, including skiing, coaching rugby and playing the occasional hockey game when time permits.
