10th January 2018

Henry Davidson Developments (HDD) has completed the final letting at its £8.5m mixed use district centre at Newton Leys, Milton Keynes.  Cats Protection completed the letting at this popular location only weeks after HDD reached Practical Completion demonstrating again HDDs ability to deliver vibrant and thriving District Centres.

A specialist in creating mixed use developments for more than 25 years, the HDD development comprises an ASDA superstore, six shops, day nursery, care home and pub.   Working in partnership with housebuilder Taylor Wimpey the development provides community facilities for the Newton Leys area where more than 800 homes have been built.
