HDD have recently been selected by the Local Authority to deliver a food retail led scheme including a discount food store and upgrading of public realm to help regenerate the Town Centre.
The Lidl store totals 26,473 sq ft GIA with a sales floor area of 15,328 sq ft. In addition, there are 127 car parking spaces which will be made available for the customers using the facilities of Radcliffe Town Centre.
The store is one of the first generation stores in the North West which incorporates a fully glazed elevation to the entrance. The new development will also add to the recently completed bus station and the newly refurbished Market Hall facility.
