HDD have completed the sale of a 1.3 acre site on the outskirts of Mountsorrel, Leicestershire to LNT Group.
Planning permission for a new 66-bed care home has been secured on part of the HDD development.
Construction of the care home commenced late 2016.
HDD have detailed planning and will be developing 42 dwellings on the adjacent greenfield site.
