A supermarket, hotel and a care home are set to be developed in a multimillion pound project following exchange of contracts to purchase three plots of land in Kent by Henry Davidson Developments.
Subject to planning being obtained the development located to the south of the historic market town of Faversham will create dozens of jobs for local people during construction and at the new facilities once the project is completed.
HDD has exchanged contracts to acquire the land from Hallam Land Management and Vendors FK Kemsley & Sons Ltd. The site is adjacent to a residential development being delivered by national housebuilder Barratt Homes. They are due to start building the first of 310 new homes in mid 2018.
