HDD are promoting an area known as part of Firlands Farm in Burghfield Common for residential use. The area comprises around 17 acres.
An outline planning application was submitted in May 2014 which was refused in October 2014.
HDD appealed successfully. However, the local authority challenged this and their challenge was rejected by the High Court in February 2016.
HDD are now progressing the reserved matters application.
