  • Scott Davidson – BSc (Hons), MCIOB, MRICS Managing Director


    Scott founded HDD in 1992 and has worked in the property industry for over three decades. While retaining overall responsibility for the performance of the business, Scott is also involved in project delivery, ensuring that HDD’s professional, fair and honest approach to doing business is present every time the team works on a retail-led development.

    Outside of HDD, Scott is a very keen cyclist, skier and runner.

  • Richard Croft – BSc, MRICS Director


    Richard joined HDD in May 2006 and leads on large retail-led mixed-use schemes across the UK. He specialises in the delivery of technically challenging projects which contain a variety of retail, leisure and community uses. He is well known for his creative and flexible approach to problem-solving, which has helped him to earn the longstanding trust of both land owners and occupiers.

    Richard is a keen golfer, skier and rugby enthusiast – although he now prefers spectating when it comes to the latter.

  • Damian Middleton – BSc (Hons) Associate Director


    Damian has been with HDD since July 2008. In his role Damian is responsible for bidding for new opportunities, retail lettings, investment sales, residential sales and carrying out due diligence on new sites. Damian played a key role in the £9m mixed-use development at Stanground, Peterborough: from the initial land purchase and planning process right through to construction, completion and the sale of the retail element.

    In his spare time, Damian enjoys cycling, swimming and watching rugby.

  • David Twomlow – ACA Finance Director


    David has been HDD’s Finance Director since he joined the company in 2007. His role includes raising finance and co-ordinating development finance deals. One of his proudest achievements is helping HDD to continue to grow even during difficult market conditions post-2007.

    When he’s not crunching the numbers at HDD, David is a keen runner.

  • Alastair Robertson-Dunn – BA (Hons), MA, MRICS Development Director


    Alastair has joined the company as Development Director and will be responsible for sourcing and acquiring local/district centres, mixed use and stand-alone residential opportunities.

    Alastair comes with a wealth of experience within the Industry, latterly at Bilfinger GVA, Birmingham, where Alastair was instrumental in the success of numerous projects including the Mailbox and Paradise schemes.

    Alastair is a keen gym enthusiast, enjoys watching rugby and football and is an avid motorsport fan.

  • Graeme Cosgrove BSc, MRICS Director


    Graeme joined HDD as Director in September 2017 just as the company set out its plans for growth from its Birmingham base; his wealth of experience will be key in the delivery of a variety of challenging projects.

    With more than 27 years’ experience in commercial property across retail, residential and leisure in Director roles at companies including Bass, Warner Bros, Wilson Bowden Developments and latterly at Lincoln-based Simons Group Graeme is looking forward to building on the success HDD currently enjoys.

    In his spare time Graeme is a keen golfer and runner.

  • Kevin Foster Bsc, (Hons), MRICS Project Director


    Kevin joins HDD as project director responsible for delivering high quality developments across the country.

    With 27 years’ experience in commercial property across the retail, residential, hotel and office sectors, most recently at boutique hotel operator Cathedral Hotels Limited he has held development director and director roles at a number of companies including Corum Investment Advisers and Jones Lang LaSalle and has worked on key projects such as Bull Ring Birmingham on behalf of The Birmingham Alliance.

    Outside of HDD, Kevin enjoys cycling and anything that goes fast on four wheels.

  • Simon Horan MRICS Business Development Director


    Simon joined HDD at the beginning of 2018 bringing his vast knowledge and experience to a huge number of exciting opportunities HDD wish to pursue. Utilizing his contacts at regional and national housebuilders to ensure HDD is at the forefront of their thinking for the development of neighbourhood centres and other mixed use opportunities.

    Development and investment specialist Simon joined HDD from Savills in Birmingham where he led the residential development and investment team. Recent projects he has been involved in include the marketing and disposal of the University of Northampton campuses and the sale of Yew Tree Village, Droitwich.

    In his spare time Simon enjoys sports, including skiing, coaching rugby and playing the occasional hockey game when time permits.
