Following the recent letting to a dance studio, only one unit remains vacant at the successful Oxley Park local centre.

Harvey Lay, Associate Director of Henry Davidson Developments stated that a good level of interest has been shown in the final unit and full letting is anticipated very soon.

Following the letting to Barnardos, works will commence in Q1 2011 on our Blenheim Grange local centre.

Henry Davidson Developments ’s Damian Middleton said: “It will be great to finally start the local centre which has been delayed due to legal reasons following the administration of the master developer Cofton Group.”

Henry Davidson Developments is poised to sign up Tesco One Stop for the new Priors Green local centre. Andy Radford stated:“Tesco One Stop as an anchor will now lead to the delivery of the long awaited local centre.”

Telford, Lawley Village – Planning Application submitted

After nearly two years in preparation Henry Davidson Developments has submitted planning application for the Lawley Village local centre.

Managing Director Scott Davidson said: “We have worked very hard to deliver this exemplar scheme. The project has been prepared in close liaison with Telford & Wrekin, HCA and the IDG housing consortium and we are hopeful of receiving a positive outcome in Q1 2011.”

Peterborough, Stanground – Morrisons to commence on site

After intensive planning throughout the summer of 2010 Henry Davidson Developments and Morrisons will soon start on site by adding one of the country’s most sustainable supermarkets.

Associate Director Richard Croft said: “We are just awaiting practical completion of the infrastructure following which works should start on site in Q1 2011 with an opening prior to Christmas 2011.”
