Commentary

We were granted preferred developer status in late 2006 and are now working in close partnership with Carmarthenshire County Council to regenerate this area to create a modern town centre leisure facility with improved public space. Combined with a proposed new £12m 550 seat theatre complex on an adjoining site, our scheme will help make Llanelli a major South Wales leisure destination.
