Modern Town Centre

Having been granted preferred developer status in late 2006 we work in close partnership with Carmarthenshire County Council to regenerate the area. We have created a modern town centre leisure facility with improved public space. Combined with a proposed new £12m 550 seat theatre complex on an adjoining site, our scheme will help make Llanelli a major South Wales leisure destination.
