Commentary

In 2008 Henry Davidson acquired a site of some 2.34 acres from Persimmon Homes to deliver new local centre facilities within the Bannerbrook Park development to the west of Coventry. The development will be delivered in phases and will serve up to 1,000 existing and proposed new build homes within Bannerbrook as well as the surrounding area.
