The Development

    • Up to 22,000 sq ft of Ancillary Retail / Bar / Restaurant Space
  • Children's Day Nursery
  • 72 Residential Apartments 

Commentary

We acquired this 19 acre site for a comprehensive mixed-use development. The scheme will form a new commercial quarter within the award winning Buckshaw Village - a major urban development that will ultimately support 4,000 homes and a new train station.
