Commentary

In 2007 Henry Davidson acquired a site of some 2.75 acres from Persimmon Homes to deliver new local centre facilities to serve the new Stockmoor Village and Wilstock Village developments to the south of Bridgwater. Together with a new primary school that is to be built next to the site, the local centre will form the heart of the new Stockmoor Village community.
