Commentary

We have acquired two sites of 1.44 and 1.22 acres on the eastern side of Watton, a Norfolk market town located approximately 12 miles from Norwich. The sites form part of a wider development that includes 650 new homes – when added to nearby existing housing, this gives the proposed scheme a catchment of some 1,200 homes.
