Commentary

Priors Green is a new development of high quality family housing within the village of Takeley, located less than 4 miles from Stansted Airport. It is planned that Priors Green will support over 800 new homes, although there is potential to expand this to 1,400 units. We acquired two adjacent sites of 1.36 and 0.45 acres respectively at the heart of the development to deliver a range of local facilities and these are currently being developed on a phased basis.
